A short stay yielding long-term success.
Fostering is the best way to ensure that each dog receives the care, attention & LUV they deserve. The majority of our pups are rescued after being dumped, discarded, neglected and/or abused. We want our pups to know the LUV of a human before sending them off into the world. With YOUR help, we can save more lives! A caring home environment helps the transition to a dog’s forever home & leads to more succerssful, long-term placements. It’s one of the most selfless & rewarding things you’ll ever do! Won’t you become a part of our Must Luv Dogs foster family?

Fostering a pup is the most rewarding thing you can do to help our rescue. Since we are foster based, we depend on folks in our community to help us prepare our rescue pups for a beautiful life with their future furever families. In this way, you are literally saving their lives. Many of these pups would surely live a life of misery or not survive at all if left in the circumstances from which we rescued them.

As a foster, you will be responsible for:
Providing a safe, secure home for our pups to heal & learn how to trust humans again.
Provide lots of love, kisses & patience so that they can grow into the beautiful pups they will become.
Work with us to get them to their veterinary appointments & adoption events.
Be your pups’ advocate, cheerleader & marketing manager! The numbers prove that fosters who actively help market their pups, sharing photos, videos and stories on social media and with friends, co-workers & families get adopted much faster!
Finally, the last thing you’ll do as your pups’ foster is attend meet & greets with potential adopters, as approved by MLD.

Fostering only costs you time!
Must Luv Dogs provides everything else! We provide all veterinary expenses, including all up-to-date vaccines, spay/neuter, microchip, dog food, treats, kennel, heartworm prevention, etc. and EVERY single thing your foster pup needs!
